Core Training

The core muscle group consists of abdominals, oblique, glutes and the lower back.
Strong core muscles provide support to your spine for everything from walking, standing,
lifting to sitting.

Strong core is the foundation for sustaining health and fitness. Most people
have weak core muscles yet they neglect it. A weak core may lead to neck and lower back pain
and bad posture too.



We notice many people in the gym mostly have these problems. And when we asked if they
train their core whenever they do their own training, they either do not know what is the core
muscles and how do they do about training that part.



In our personal training programmes we train you not just to look good. We train you to develop
a STRONG CORE too.

Strength Training

Strength training, or resistance training, involves performing a series of movements
with the goal of improving the capabilities of the muscles involved in those movements.

Strength training has a number of benefits, not the least of which is helping you lose weight
and of course, keeping your body strong. No matter what your goals are, strength training is
an important component of your exercise program and it's never too late to start.
Strength training can be done on various machines, resistance bands/tubes, and
even bodyweight movements.

Strength training often result not only in improved muscular strength but also in
improved muscular endurance, increased muscle size and bone density, and increased
